- Internal Weld Procedure Specifications (AWS)
KSM has a training program led by our Welding Engineer / Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to provide guidance and train our team of welders. The CWI monitors welder certifications, administers weld tests and performs re-qualifications as necessary.
Robotic Welding System
In addition to manual welding, we have (2) dual-station robotic welders for high volume, large or complex weldments. These Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) stations optimizes speed and accuracy.
Robotic welding materials include stainless steel, aluminum, and high-strength alloys.
