KSM Industries powder coat paint capabilities

KSM Industries offers complete in-house powder coating services to complement our sheet metal fabrication and welding capabilities. By providing fabrication, welding, and powder coating under one roof, we help streamline production, improve quality control, and reduce overall lead times.

Our powder coating system can accommodate large frames, weldments, and fabricated components up to 168” x 95” x 106” in overall size. We utilize both a conveyorized powder coating line for production efficiency and a batch system to support larger or specialized components.

The finishing process begins with a five-stage iron phosphate power wash to properly clean and prepare the surface. This preparation ensures strong powder adhesion and long-term durability. Components are then coated and cured in a controlled oven environment to provide a consistent, high-quality finish.
