Our American Welding Society (AWS) trained team of highly skilled welders is certified to one or more of:

- Internal Weld Procedure Specifications (AWS)
KSM has a training program led by our Welding Engineer / Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to provide guidance and train our team of welders. The CWI monitors welder certifications, administers weld tests and performs re-qualifications as necessary.
Robotic Welding Systems
In addition to manual welding stations, we have (2) dual-station Genesis/Fanuc robotic welders for high volume, large or complex weldments. These Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) stations optimize speed and accuracy. More recently the addition of a Miller/Panasonic Performarc Cell adds capacity of robotically welded parts.
Robotic welding materials include stainless steel, aluminum, and high-strength alloys.
